Performance and Training Needs Analysis

MMCLD undertakes Performance Needs Analysis to:

  • confirm the target audience,

  • analyse the job requirements for this audience,

  • identify the knowledge, skills and attitudes of tasks requiring learning,

  • identify and confirm the tasks where a learning gap exists.

MMCLD works with our clients and subject matter experts to gather relevant data and information in order to address these requirements and ensure there is clarity in the identified performance gaps prior to any training being designed or developed.

Method Media Analysis

MMCLD’s approach to identifying method and media requirements incorporates both a Feasibility Analysis and consideration of learning and assessment strategies to identify the most appropriate and effective delivery method and media. 

MMCLD is experienced in the multiple methods available to train and assess personnel including: theory or practical lessons, simulation, embedded systems and job performance aids, and considers all appropriate methods when undertaking analysis for our clients.

Design Training Solutions

MMCLD designs training solutions to address identified performance gaps. Our approach incorporates appropriate learning and assessment strategies and considers the training solution in conjunction with the business requirements, focusing on reducing impact on operational requirements whilst ensuring credibility and fidelity of training.

Our design approach is based on deriving learning outcomes, creating an Evaluation, Assessment and Learning Plan from which appropriate learning methods and media can be confirmed and incorporated into a robust learning solution.
